Dynamic Walking Data Collection of Plantar Pressure Distribution System Is Mainly Realized Through the Following Steps:
I. Equipment Preparation and Subject Requirements
- Pressure-sensing plate: Uses a high-sensitivity grid-shaped sensor array, capable of real-time capturing of pressure changes in each region during the gait cycle
- Environmental requirements: The subject needs to walk barefoot (or wearing thin-soled socks) on the pressure plate, maintaining a natural gait
II. Standard Collection Procedure
- Starting posture: The subject stands at the starting area of the pressure plate, heels aligned with the marking line
- Dynamic walking: Walk continuously 3–5 steps at daily walking speed, the system automatically records complete gait cycle data
- Data collection: The system simultaneously outputs dynamic parameters such as footprint length, COP trajectory deviation, and plantar pressure peak value

III. Key Parameter Analysis
- Time-pressure curve: Shows the heel-to-forefoot pressure transfer process, identifying abnormal force patterns
- Gait symmetry: Evaluates gait balance through left-right foot pressure differences (normal difference should be <15%)
IV. Clinical Precautions
- Three valid gait data collections need to be obtained and averaged to reduce error
- For subjects with gait abnormalities, it is recommended to conduct comparative analysis with static standing tests
- The system supports exporting standardized reports, including pressure heat maps and biomechanical parameter tables
