    2. The scanning speed of the foot 3D scanner is faster. The traditional measurement method requires step-by-step measurement. When measuring multiple data, it may take more than ten minutes or even half an hour, or more time, while the foot 3D scanner measures the foot information, which generally only takes tens of seconds.
    3. The foot 3D scanner can quickly measure more than 20 sets of data in a short time, including the length, width, angle and arch height of the foot. At the same time, it can also generate a 3D model of the foot, allowing users to understand their foot conditions more intuitively.     The process of making insoles using a foot 3D scanner is as follows:

    1. First, measure the entire foot information through a foot scanner. Generally, it only takes a few tens of seconds to complete the test.
    2. Import the stl data generated by the device measurement directly into the insole design software, and then carry out personalized design and correction design according to the specific needs of the customer.
    3. Import the designed insole personalized data into a 3D printer or engraving machine for insole production.
    4. Perform veneer and polishing according to customer needs to make the insole more beautiful. After it is done, the insole is delivered to the customer by express or other means.
